Chris is a results-driven senior finance leader with 20+ years of deep expertise in corporate finance, strategic planning, forecasting, and M&A across sectors including healthcare and SaaS.  He has led financial strategy for organizations ranging from high-growth, private-equity-backed start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.  Chris has owned, operated, and sold his own businesses in industries including real estate brokerage, property management, and fast-food franchise.    Chris obtained a BS in Finance and MBA from University of Louisville.
