Healthy Earth

Healthy Earth LP (“the “Company”) was founded in late 2013 by Christopher Cogan and the team at Seven Holdings with a goal of becoming the leading sustainable foods company in the United States. Healthy Earth's goal was to aggregate innovative technologies and production methods across the entire spectrum of sustainable foods. The company's mission is to produce the freshest, most nutritious foods possible while also promoting sustainable and, where practical, organic farming best practices. Through expertise in aquaculture, aquaponics, microbiology, feed production and farm management, Healthy Earth develops innovative, commercial-scale operations and alternatives to how sustainable foods are produced and sold.

In 2014 Healthy Earth acquired the aquaculture division of Mote Marine Laboratory which was the second largest producer of sturgeon fish and caviar in the US. In 2015 Healthy Earth acquired Anna Maria Fish company, a producer of sustainably wild-caught mullet and Cortez Botarga, the largest commercial producer of Botarga in the US. Also in 2015, Healthy Earth's mullet operation was selected as a finalist in the international Fish 2.0 competition and won the grand prize in the Blue Economy X-prize competition.

In January 2016, Seven entered into an agreement to sell a majority interest in the Healthy Earth portfolio of companies

We find the toughest races in the world—

The 24 Hours of Nürburgring, The Baja 1000—

and design vehicles to compete in those challenges.

Then we make road-legal versions."

Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus (SCG) a bespoke manufacturer of high-end automobiles for the road and racetrack. In July of 2017, SCG was granted Low Volume Manufacturer status by the US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). SCG was the only such manufacturer to be approved by NHTSA before the provision in the guidelines was closed. This approval allows SCG to build up to 325 cars per year for sale in the United States. SCG can produce and sell cars outside the US without impacting the maximum threshold. Under the law, SCG is exempt from complying with certain federal safety and emissions regulations including crash testing and airbags thus, making development of the SCG vehicles more feasible.
SCG will develop and hand-build models like the 003 in very small allocations of 20 to 30 examples relying on the federal exemptions to save costs. These hyper-cars will sell in the $1.5 to $2.5mm price range and will be built to each customer’s exacting specification. The company has also designed models for much higher production for which full crash-testing will be performed allowing the company to exceed the 325-unit maximum. The higher production models such as the Boot SUV and the SCG-004 will start at lower price points. As an example, prices for the 004 range from $460,000 to $700,000 depending on how it is configured. This pricing is consistent with that of high-end Ferrari’s, McLaren’s and Lamborghini’s. SCG has pre-sold over forty 004’s.
